What we collect

Through the contact form on this site:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number, if you choose to give it
• The message you write

If you decide to work with us on a claim, we will also collect what the county or court requires to process it — such as your mailing address, the property address, and identity documents. We ask for those only after you have signed a written agreement with us.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry
• To evaluate, prepare, and file your claim
• To keep you informed about the status of your claim

What we do not do

We do not sell or rent your information. We do not share it with anyone except the county, court, trustee, or notary involved in processing your claim, or where the law requires it.

Service providers

A few companies handle data on our behalf so this site can work:

• Resend delivers contact-form messages to our inbox.
• Vercel hosts this website, keeps standard server logs, and provides privacy-friendly visitor analytics that do not use cookies or track you across sites.

Sensitive documents

Identity documents and any tax-ID forms a paying office requires are collected only after a signed agreement, and only in person, by the notary we send to you. We never ask for them by text message or email, and we never ask for bank logins, card numbers, or PINs.

How long we keep it

Contact-form messages are kept as long as needed to respond to you. Claim records are kept for as long as required to complete the claim and to meet our legal and tax obligations, then deleted.

Your choices
